Overcharged for contract on MTN
In the middle of April, I ported my number from Cell C to MTN at the La Lucia Mall branch of Altech Autopage.<br> I signed up for a 24 month contract for R69 per month, including 50 FREE minutes, 100 FREE SMS, 100MB FREE data. I also requested a bolt on recurring data bundle of 1GB for R149 pm.<br> <br> I am currently being billed R69 pm for 50 FREE minutes, R14.99pm for my 100 \FREE"smsses and R35pm for my 100MB \""FREE\"" data. And the 1GB data bundle has not been added.<br> <br> I have been to the store and dealt with both Ashaana and her manager"
