overcharged for account
have a R550 cap limit on this account and received an amount on statement of R7576, despite numerous contacts and visits to autopage no resolution. i refuse to pay this amount as there was a limit in place and i did not use this data. MY CURRENT CONTACT NUMBER IS ***, As well as ***, as im not using the number / account in dispute due to this issue.
