Overcharged for a phone I do not have

a couple of months ago I upgraded my *** number not knowing it will be a beginning of a nightmare. firstly I was charged for 2 devices which I only had one, then I was charged for an E4 monthly device payment but I Only had an E1.I have tried numerous times to call - Call Centre ridiculous can never get thru most of the time , have sent email but the pathetic automated emails is all I get. when I have called I am informed it will be sorted but come month end I check the statement and same issue. all I want is to pay for what I have otherwise I will Cancel both these contracts because I cannot be paying for something I do not have. contact me on ***
