R13000 outstanding on this account for 2gig 3g !!!! every time I receive a R5000 bill !!! last month this ****le was not even used and still I got billed R 2000. All these reference numbers where closed with no communication from you!!!!!! Please resolve cancel and refund the money ****** from us. The most useless service ever experienced !! you call yourself a service provider but all I get from you are headaches. Sort this out before I start reporting ***** !! You wait for the customer to follow up just to make them wait 8 weeks for information requested regarding the account, so its an endless cycle. Please explain how 10gig data if even used end's up being R5000 not to mention higher rates charged on off peak also sms's sent from this ****le !!!???? to this number ***... What was sent (contents)I do not know this number nor do we sent msg's of the ****le !!! Please show me the charge rate per unit!!
