overcharge of account-***

Dear Sir,<br> <br> I went into the Autopage/altech Branch at the Colony on 11.8.2015 to upgrade my contract to a MTN Choice 100 64G Space Grey. The new cost of the package was confirmed at R690.00 and included the following:<br> 100 minutes of calls<br> 200 sms<br> 500 mb data<br> my last three accounts reflect separate charges for the upgrade R545.00 for the calls, for the sms and for the data plus VAT. when I am supposed to be on an all inclusive package of R690.00 which was given to me in writing.<br> I have gone twice into the offices of Altech in the Colony to have this matter rectified with no luck. I have written to Autopage/Altech direct who advised me that a credit for R152.60 will be passed. I dont know how they achieved this amount as this is definitely not correct.<br> This is just too painful for words.<br> Can you pls assist.<br> best regards<br> Elsbeth Pia Barrow
