Overcharge/ Not cared for

My query Altech Autopage Cellular of multiple charges with reference numbers 974886 and 958844 and 966676 on 2015-11-24 all at one time at 08-52-52 PM is not addressed. I counted 9 (nine) lines of these.<br> Please address it. Why multiple charges? Why many charges at one time? From Jack M.
