Overbilled Data bundles

Hi,<br> <br> Could you please assist in my case, I have a contract for Laptop with Altech Autopage. On January they billed me R2437 for data bundle usage. I called them after requesting for automous bill and they sent me after. There were transactions that I did not understand showing that I used 2GB of DATA for less than five minutes and I told them to give URL for the websites that I visited, since then they never gave me and when I phone them they put me on hold. The main concern is they have blocked my account since February because I refused to pay the billed amount, but I am still paying them R199 contracted signed.<br> Your help will be much appreciated<br> <br> Regards <br> Goodman<br>
