Over charged
After having my account deducted of R6000 for an internet bill had a usage limit of R80 put on my account. This month I had them deduct R5000 off my account for my internet bill AFTER having the R80 usage limit in place!! Their response was that THEIR system failed to suspend service after the usage limit had been reached and they refuse to credit me even though the fault was on their side!!!
