Over Charge on Billing

Good day<br> <br> I'm writing this mail on behalf of my sister ( Single Parent ). She received a bill from Auto page for R 8,230.45. for data usage. She is unaware of this usage. Enquirer a couple a months ago for Auto page to put a limit on the contract and was told that they don't have that service. The amount of the Bill is way more than her monthly salary. She will not be able to pay the amount and feed her child and pay her rent. I feel Auto page should take responsibility, if they put a cap on the account this would never have happen.call centre told her that if she does not pay the amount,the amount will increase up and until she make payment. she does not have that amount of money. I think that is how Auto page make their money on exploiting, the poor.<br> <br> Hope someone at Auto page can look into the matter and assist.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Denzil<br> ***
