Over Billing on Data

I have been a loyal customer of Autopage over the last few years and currently I have four contracts with them. My total billing every month use to be around R 980 until the beginning of this month when I received a bill of R 4 786 which is still fine if i am responsible for it. My internet usage was the same as every other month therefore I went to Autopage to get a copy of my data usage for the month. <br> <br> I used the list to compare it with the history of data usage on my PC and things did not add up. The times on the list were not the same, some of the times stated on the list was early in the morning when I was still asleep when they assumed I was using data. There were also days that I did not even went onto the internet but they billed me for using data. Be assured that if this is not fixed I will not be a client of Autopage for much longer.
