Over billing by R3000 & no help at all!!!

I've been with Autopage for almost 4 years, <br> I've always gotten my phone & laptops on contract & then kept the simcards in my purse (where they still are now!) and used a prepaid sim instead. <br> I've never once used the simcard that's handed to me by Autopage, but then in July 2015 I got a bill of R3216.24, where my usual payment is only R402 monthly. <br> <br> I go in store to complain & in order for them to investigate I was told that I need to sign a \URL Request Disclaimer"which states that \""I am entitled to this information as the usage was generated by myself\"" <br> BUT... the usage was NOT generated by me"
