Over billed

I was debited an amount of R221 by Altec Autopage whereby my account has been closed. A statement was sent on the 06th of January 2016 saying \ Your outstanding balance will be submitted to you bank for payment on 30th January 2016 R-28.93\". I called them at 10:15 and I was put on hold for 10 min no one was attending to my call. I want a refund of my money because my contract with them ended in December they didn't even give me airtime for that month. Auto page is a ******* company trying to rob people and I will never ever take a contract with then if this is how they treat customers. And this is not the first time they do this to me. I am ****ed and irritated by them. Robing people like that I want my money in my bank account today.... <br> <br> "
