outstanding service

I must compliment Tracy Lee at the above mentioned branch for truly outstanding service when I went in to follow up on the repair status of my handset.I must also add that this happened at 19.45hrs and after a long day nothing was too much in terms of following up and then giving feedback.<br> Through this process she advised me that I was due for an upgrade then took me through all the various options available...needless to say I walk away half an hour later with a brand new phone.<br> The following day she gave me a courtesy call to find out if I was happy with the new handset as well as providing me with further feedback regarding the repair of my other handset.<br> As stated before to have this kind of attitude and approach after a long day is truly amazing.WELL DONE Tracy.
