Outstanding credits (Discovery cash back)

In terms of my contract I would have received a 20% cash back refund on my mobile phone monthly charges for the duration of the contract. This was however stopped before the contract expired and I am therefore out of pocket with approximately R600 to date.<br> <br> After logging this complaint AUTOPAGE was QUICK (1 day) to get back to me saying that they will follow it up and revert back with an answer. But unfortunately that is as much as I was able to get out of them. Maybe giving it a 2nd attempt will help.<br> <br> Note, I wont go away AUTOPAGE. The next step might be a banner next to a busy Gauteng freeway.
