Out of stock and failure to return calls

We visited the branch on 08/04/2015, we ordered two nokia 535 and a wifi router.<br> <br> We were told that the router was in stock but we had to wait for the phones - they should be in the shop by 13/04 - they would call. Yaseem would keep the router for us.<br> <br> We heard nothing - I phoned the branch - you have to keep dialling it, because it is rarely answered and the line goes dead after awhile - but by the 6th or 7th ring someone will answer.<br> <br> So on 15/04/2015 I was told that everything would be in stock by the 21/04/2015<br> <br> Today I have repeated the multiple dialling techique and managed to speak to Craig, who promised to phone back - what a surprise it's over 2 hours now and I've now spoken to someone else.<br> <br> Now I'm back to waiting for Craig.<br> <br> There is no manager available to talk to - I now wish that I'd changed service provider<br> <br>
