opened a contract under my name that i donot know

i received a call from lawyer on the 24-03-2016 they said that my account/contract with altec autopage have been handed over to them, i told the person who called me that i dont know altec autopage and i dont even know where their branches are, i told her that i have never taken up a contract with them and i have never signed for the contract, my heart is bleeding after going to eastgate mall today to look for an autopage store only to find out that they have closed down all their stores, what pains me most is that they are shutting down and they will leave me with a debt that i didnt even take. i think altec autopage is a *****star it self, it wants to get money by selling their debtors to lawyers. it wants to make money out of it. i want altec autopage to do the investigations before they shut down for good and remove my name from ITC. this debt is affecting my credit score and my reputation as well, i work for the bank and they dont want a person who is blacklisted and they review our ITC records each and every year and it leaves me at a risk of losing my job because of altec autopage. i am so heartbroken and angry at the same time..
