Only a stupid person will take Autopage contract

I had a contract with Nashua mobile which was subsequently moved to the $hiitiest company by far Altech Autopage. These people have debited my account but my phone remains locked. I wasted over R200 calling them to sort out the mess and heard every excuse they had and each time being assured that my service had been reconnected. I have since asked my bank to cancel the debt order and will only speak to Nashua Mobile the people I signed a contract with.
