Online services a frustrating waste of time

I have been trying for a week now to activate a 1 gig once off bundle via my Autopage my account online with no success. The request has remained pending for a week now. 2 days ago I eventually phoned customer services and asked them what the problem is whereafter the consultant informed me that there was a problem with the online services portal. He assured me that he had manually activated the request and that the data would be loaded on my account within 24 hours..Well guess what...still no data. I think the problem is Autopage fullstop....not just the online services.
