One week wasted

On 26 February 2015 I went to Altech Autopage in woodlands mall (this 23km away from my house) to get a laptop. Firstly they were out of stock for both the modem as well as the Microsoft office i was suppose to get with my contract. They told me that they could get the office from another branch and would be there tomorrow. When I got there the Friday I had no luck and was told I would be contacted when they receive it. On Monday I went again, and again to no avail, This time I asked whether it would be possible for me to go fetch it myself from the other branch. I was told no, But that they have ordered new ones and it would be there by the latest Wednesday. On Wednesday they had received new modems but not office, I was told that there were one office in the store but it was already invoiced to another client but they will give it to me. Finally 6 days later I could start working again! Unfortunately it was not the case since my simcard did not fit into the modem. Thursday (today) i went again, after waiting a while for them to sort out the simcard I was given a new simcard on my arrival home I had the sad realization that it was again a wrong simcard and thus had to go again.
