Once again I have to complain about AUTOPAGE

I honestly have made a mistake renewing one of my contracts with autopage, because once again the service is non existent, every person I speak to has a different story and until now I have had no positive outcome, I have renewed a contract and moved from cell c to vodacom, it 1st took a month to get this done, and now I've sat 5days with no service on my contract, I travel for business I need my router URGENTLY but it is useless, excuses are ********, some agents even told me my line is active IT IS NOT ACTIVE, WHY DRESS AUTOPAGE HAVE SUCH UTTER **** SERVICE?? nobody I know struggle working directly with their providers, going through autopage is definitely a mistake
