Once Again...

So.....I'm wanting to take out a new contract (mistake) and sent all documents required and asked Nadia yesterday if she needed my payslip and copy of my ID, and she responds, just my copy of my ID. <br> I receive a email today asking me for a copy of my payslip.. I then sent her the below:<br> <br> * Dear Nadia,<br> <br> Please see attached.<br> <br> Next time I ask you if you need these attachments , please give me the correct answer.<br> Just yesterday, I asked you regarding this and you said no, just the copy of ID, this morning it's a different story.<br> Pleas Me respond to my other emails as well regarding the lead time of when I will receive the package.<br> Hope to hear from you soonest.<br> <br> She responds:<br> * IM SORRY ABOUT THIS BUT YOUR NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT I WORK WITH YESTERDAY THE SHOP WAS BUSY AND THEREFOR THERE IS NO NEED TO BE SARCASTIC.<br> FOR ME IN ORDER TO ASSIST YOU WITH THIS CONTRACT I NEED THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS, AFTER THE CONTRACT IS APPROVED ONLY THEN I CAN TELL YOU WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT THE PHONE.<br> <br> I just received another email after asking her yesterday what all she needs from me saying she needs proof of residents and 3 months bank statements. <br> <br> I myself work in customer service& this is not on!
