On hold for 20 minutes - Nobody answers my call
I called the Altech Autopage callcentre to cancel my cellphone contract. They put me through to cancellation dept - I have been on hold for 20minutes straight (Friday 8 May 2015, 14:48 - 15:18) I keep getting the message \Just to let you know we value your time
