now i had enough of you people

we have phoned countless times about a query that has been put in in end of November no one has even looked at my query and its almost 3 months they told us it will take about 7 working days to look at my querry<br> I have been billed for 2 weeks over the 6 gigs of data that they charged me R4000.00 just on data I have received messages and i have proof that they said my account was paid my phone will be reinstated again my phone has been cut off since middle December they reinstated it again in January and cut it off again.how can you charge me over 4 grand just on data of a question of 2 weeks when I phoned head office this morning on the 11/02/2015 at 8:00 the morning the lady didn't acutally wanted to help us when we asked for her name she cut the line on me.they have taken money out of my account for the bill and they said it has not been paid the money has been taken by autopage and I have the proof to show it now I want the manager director to phone me with my querry that has not been sorted out.i expect a call back today.autopage get your standerds up and tell your staff not to cut the line on your customers and get aggressive
