Not the phone I ordered

My contract was upgraded in December - they told me I'll have to wait two weeks for my new phone as they did not have stock. Middle January I called them again and was told that the phone was on B/O until the end of January. I called them on Friday 29th and was told that the phone would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. I called them again on Wednesday 3rd - the phone was not yet sent - they said they will call me back. On Thursday I called them again and they gave me the tracking number for the Courier. The phone was delivered to me finally on Friday 05 February at 17:10 - I opened it and it was the wrong phone...
