Not taking customers complaints seriously
I understand mistakes happen, & things can and will go wrong at times. But if a customer brings to the attention of a service provider that something has gone wrong and a mistake has been made, especially if the customer has been financially affected, surely this 'query' should be prioritized before it escalates into a 'complaint'? My experience, as well as the experience of the other 46 people since yesterday who have used this platform to lodge a public complaint, is that Autopage are completely ill-equipped to handle query's and complaint's. Such a service culture is evidently not instilled, which results in employees not emphasizing with customers, and little being done to address event problems. Boyd Chislett must be held accountable here. Below are examples of my poor experience with Autopage in the last month - it is extremely concerning:

- failing to respond to emails
- my.account technical failures
- 'cancelling' contract, when upgrade was processed (causing loss of all minutes/data)
- failing to acknowledge mistake
- feedback not provided (forcing further follow-ups)
- factually incorrect feedback
- and now, completely ignoring customer

Senior management - speak up.
