Not responding to URL

My daughter /student use my phone. Her payment every month is plus minus R800. She is working under 24 h WI FI.<br> <br> Suddenly after months her acc is R6000 R4000 R3000. Data used???<br> <br> Totaly impossible!!! Made avidavid with SAP. Go 4 or 5 times to Autopage to hand in id and docs required. Going from Oct 2014. Apparently every time no ID's received so they not responding to URL.<br> I asked them to deduct R1000 pm until problem is solved. They did it once and just summonce me. Its going no where.they disconnect my line<br> We have sever acc with Autopage are responsible.
