not receiving monthly contract benefits

3months ago I up graded through altech autopage. this month I have not received my data and sms's bundles. I was told to call customer service and the call keeps on being dropped. I think is utterly disgusting to charge a monthly fee for a contract and not to receive any of the benefits. I have been a autopage customer for nearly 6years and this is the service. sis...
