Not receiving bundles as per contract
I have taken a contract at Altec auto page but don't receive my bundles as per the contract. I am suppose to receive 100 sms, 1 GB and 100 minutes every month. I am only receiving the minutes since I have taken out the contract. I have been back to Altec Autopage Secunda twice and phoned the call centre to fix it but nothing happens. Either refund me my money or load me my bundles back dated!
