Not receiving bundles as per contract
I have upgraded my contract at Autopage Secunda mall. I am suppose to receive 100 mins, 1 GB data and 100 sms's every month. Since I have upgraded I have not received the 100 sms and 1 GB of data as per the contract. I have been back to Autopage Secunda mall twice and phoned the call centre, they say every time that they will load everything backdated but nothing happens. Either you refund me, give me the bundles backdated or cancel the contract with so I can go some where else.
