NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE!!!
It is very easy to just give details of whether the phone has been couriered or not, if it has been couriered then a tracking number should be given. That's it!!!<br> It cannot take 7 working days to courier a phone from Jhb to Durban!!!<br> <br> I have been trying to get just this simple!! information but it has taken 6 days to get an answer, that the phone has been couriered, and the Tracking number???? nothing!!!!! I have been transferred from one person to the next!!!!<br> <br> I am not happy at all.
