Not getting what I pay for
In February I upgraded my contract to an Iphone 6. The advert stated that I would get 100 minutes, 200 sms and 500 megs of data. To date I have only received the Airtime. No Data or sms s have been received. Further more, I purchased 1 gig of data on the 14th of April that has mysteriously disappeared when I was credited with airtime. I contacted the call centre and was given a reference number *** and assured that the matter would be resolved. Nothing has been done since
