not getting my money out of them

My contract with Autopage was cancelled months ago, they kept debiting my account and now I'm having trouble getting my money back. Every time i phone i either get cut off, or they say a refund was logged and i will receive my money in the next 3-7 working days. i am so sick of phoning and getting no results. I was a client for well over 14 years, NEVER did they have to fight to get their money from me, i find it disgusting that i have to fight for my money they owe me, it is HIGHLY unproffessional!!!
