not forwarding my documents to credit bureau

I am wiseman..i had an account will atech autopage in 2010 .. after troubled with the level of services I was getting I then requested not to continue after 12 (contract elapsed) <br> to my surprised they stopped debiting me and 3 years later I was told i'm owing and black listed on their account..<br> I fought this case but lost it and i went back to them and paid everything and they sent me the paid up letters from their lawyers and their credit department at the beginning of August 2015..<br> <br> Since this day All the credit bureaus haven't received the documents ..I called TransUnion and I was told they haven't received anything given their 20 days turn around time. when I call autopage they say my record doesnt appear on them
