NOT DOING THEIR WORK

Ever since Nashua mobile was closed and my contract was ported to you, I have had nothing but issues with you. <br> I have a list as long as my arm about me trying to resolve my complaints with you.<br> I send a complaint email.<br> Because of the poor service you are delivering my credit score is taking the hit, for Altech not handling the accounts as they should. Endless phone calls and emails from my side leaves me nowhere. I was even told that Altech does not have a complaints department. This is recorded as the consultant said that to me, after the countless times I phoned you. *Please note that all calls are recorded for quality and assurances purposes*<br> <br> I requested a settlement amount from you, and still nothing. As I am getting tired of this, I would rather pay to get rid of you and close my account and move to a different service provider.
