Not Charging Port

I had returned 5 cellphones in a space of less then a year with the same problem, port not charging. Im really disgusted and angry of the services i got. I was told to take the phone to them for repairs and got back and they said \Physical/ Mechanical Damage". Im paying for some im not even using. if this isnt sorted out im going all out through every form of media of your poor service."""
