Not being able to cancel my cell phone contract

I want to cancel my contract at Vodacom which was opened at Altech Autopage Montana.<br> The cannot help you over the phone and when I went in to the shop they still could not help me as I apparently need to phone their head office to do so. (They can do contracts and that's all)<br> <br> After numerous phone calls to their head office on the number they gave me I'm still stuck with the contract as you have options to choose from but disregarding what you choose you keep on getting back to the same self help menu with no option on cancelations.<br> <br> If you choose the option to talk to someone it plays music and you are back to self help options.<br> <br> I want to cancel my contract so that the contract can end when it expires.<br> <br> If not it cost me extra money and I cannot see why they will allow me to take out a contract at their branch and not be allowed to cancel it at the same branch.<br> <br> This is very poor customer service and I will never do any cell phone contract through them or recommend someone to do so.
