Not able to make a call

I have a contract with Altech Autopage Cellular which includes the 100 minutes, 100SMS and 100MB of data on a monthly basis. However it has taken three SIM swaps before I was eventually registered on the network. I have never been able to make a call or user the data after at least 100 calls to there call center someone eventually figured out that the number was actually a prepaid . after another 30 calls i am still not able to make a call or use data because some manager must escalate this to cell c. This has taken a month and still all i get is t\this will be escalated it takes 3 to 10 working days\". I have been paying for a contract for 19 Months and have never received a service."
