Non-responsive to unlock my phone

I called Altech Autopage last week and provided all my banking details to ensure a debit order goes off on the 1st of every month to avoid being soft locked. Yesterday they soft locked my phone once again and received a message stating that I owe R1,130.00. I made a payment of $1,150 shortly after and I'm still waiting for my phone to be unlocked. <br> <br> I emailed them this morning again and they have yet to get back to me on my request. Phone is still locked and no one seems to be able to assist me after making my payment. Quick to lock my account but takes a life time to simply unlock it.
