NON INVOICED VALUE OF CLOSED ACC CAUSE BAD CREDIT

I closed my account at Autopage when it expired as I wanted to go Pay As You Go Rather. The account was closed and my existing number was transferred to PREPAID SIM. One year later I wanted to get credit and from a credit check at TransUnion failed due to the fact that i owed Autoppage apparently R 7.56. It costed me more in phone calls to try and resolve as I was not aware of any outstanding balance and it was not invoiced to me. I asked the call center operator if the invoice was sent to me and she said NO. I was unsuccessful to get through to the correct departments in the call center after numerous attempts. I feel frustrated that I was listed into bad credit without the knowledge of owing any more to Autopage and also that they did not even demanded me of the fact that they will bad credit me if I do not pay. If they would have done this I would have known of the R7.56 I owed. Now it is costing me much more money to resolve and clear my name. I will never ever advice anyone to deal with Autopage, they are *********** in everything they do. I had previous and numerous other issues when i was a client with them as well.
