Non Existent Service

I have been emailing these people to find out if I can get a copy of my contract. First they told me that I should log into their website. I did and there was nothing there about my contract. I sent another mail and then they rep**** that I cannot get a contract because the sale was concluded over the phone. After about 5 or more emails, they responded that someone will call me shortly. This was on 15 Jan 2016. It has been almost a week and no one has contacted me. This has got to be the worst service on planet earth. But after searching them on HelloPeter it's not surprising that you will get the following result: \Page 159 of 159 Pages (4746 records)". <br> <br> I cannot wait for this contract to end.
