I received a high usage warning 5 days after contract period kicked in. Apparently I was some R5000-00 OVER my contract of 500 minutes. This was queried on 20 April, needless to say I still have had no response. The phone was \soft barred"when I only paid the contract and refused to pay the high usage until it was investigated. <br> <br> The response is unbelievable. An emailed response that the task is closed"
