NON DELIVERY OF REPAIRED PHONE

I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received from Autopage. It is going on the 8th week that my phone has been in repairs with your branch in Short Market Street. I was initially told that my Xperia Z3 will be repaired within a week of receiving the quote. That was 30/04/2015. Each week I follow up regarding the repair and each week I am promised delivery for next week. I have been patient up until this point but I have had enough! Not once did I receive a call to inform me about any delays in delivery. Extremely poor customer service!
