Non Delivery

Merchan from Altech Autopage called me on 26 January 2016 saying that I qualified for an upgrade. He took all the info down on what phone I wanted and said it would be delivered to my office by courier.<br> <br> 16 days later I am still waiting...<br> <br> I have phoned Autopage Customer Care numerous times and they tell me they can see that the order has been processed. <br> <br> I called this morning again and I am being puled from pillar to post, I asked to speak to a manager in Customer Care but until I gave him my cell phone number he would not put me through and then I was left on hold until I put the phone down.<br> <br> I think its a **** and if not its certainly BAD customer service!<br> <br> After being a loyal customer since 1990 I am about to cancel my contract and move to a company that offers service.
