Nokio Lumia 920 contract - shows as blacklisted ??

New contract taken out in December 2013 tel nr *** id nr *** in name of J Pieterse.<br> Goddard str 67 Sonlandpark - This client has a contract that gets renewed when it expires for approximately 11 years . She renewed the contract and received the \ new Device"it HAS NEVER accepted the MICROSIM. The pone has been returned to Auto Page various times - of which they had different replies each time. She was at Three Rivers branch about 3 times the ladies attitude stunk! and was also in Vanderbiltpark At a stage the told her the device was blacklisted. Then they admitted this device was blacklisted in error and Mrs Pieterse received a sms to the effect that the \""hold\"" had been lifted. She received a sms 050813 with ref nr P*** to confirm the phone will be activated in 24 hours. U will see she is now using the sim ( that has been inserted into a holder- so that she can use it in another CHEAP phone - I took her phone to a supplier in Polokwane to see if I could assist.
