Nobody knows that the hell is going on

I sent a fax changing the banking details on my contracts last month.Autopage went ahead and debited the incorrect account, nobody got the fax!! I have subsequentlyl done an EFT on all three contracts ***,*** and ***).Ttotal of R1100 was paid on this acc. All lines were suspended. Phnd 4 times get told differnt stories.Finally data contract lines unsuspended yesterday (28/5). However *** not unsuspended.Get told today my acc is in arrears?Apparently when one contract is in arrears all contracts are suspended. How legal is this?How can Autopage take my money for my other two contracts which are paid up and not give me a service?That is tantamout to theft.I have made an arrangement to pay off date contract ***) at R600 per month. Another ********** move by Autopage - charging me for an open contract and data usage which I had never selected? However I remain responsible for this acc. I received an invoice dated 17/4/2015 in May 2015 for R2 513.38, then another on the 22 May 2015 for R1 228.56. This one reflects all payments received by Autopage previously not deducted.Today Patience tells me I owe R2513.38?Unsuspend my lines asap.
