No Stock, bad service no feedback

My sim was damaged I requested pongola branch to do sim swop rep**** sorry no stock vodacom simcards nearest branch 250km further how patetic to think must drive that far for sim card. I m running a business with my phone daily clients not able to contact me and loosing income because of this bad service poor and patetic I want to cancell contract no use in paying for service and I dont get service had to buy another pre paid sim just to contact auto page ***.
