NO STATEMENTS EVER & NO USE EMAILING

I have sent two emails asking for my February and March 2015 and have to date received no response<br> <br> Ever since u people took over my account from Nashua mobile i have not once sent my bills without request and I realy fail to see why I have to call every month for statement for which I am billed every month <br> <br> this is ridiculous, im not asking for a favour im PAYING for it and you constantly fail to deliver...it will be really fantastic to actually get them each month without having to resort to hellopeter each month<br> <br> Dont send me another ref no I already have to that serve absolutely no purpose ie 628863 and 628868
