No Signal - trying to buy out of my contract

When I app**** for my contract at Herm**** Autopage, I specifically asked about the signal in Gansbaai area. The sales person promised me that I will have calling signal and that I might experience some delays with data signal, but that I was fine with.<br> <br> From day one, clients have been complaining to me that they cant reach me. Being a business owner, it is unacceptable for me not to have contact with my clients.<br> <br> For the past two months I have been trying to buy out of my contract, just to find out I have to pay a lump sum of money and then still lose my number. This will cost me even more money, as I will have to reprint all my business cards and etc.<br> <br> The sales lady at Herm**** Autopage also finds it strange, as it would have cost me over R9000 two months ago to buy out, a month ago R4000 and today it will cost me over R5000. How do they come up with these figures - as it doesn't make any sense.<br> <br> I'm very angry at the moment with Autopage with the false info they gave me and also with Cell C for not wanting to talk about the settlement fee and the keeping of my cell number.<br> <br> It should be ******* to have people pay for a contract which they can not use.<br> <br>
