NO SIGNAL NO SERVICE!!!!

I took out a contract for my wife on 12/03/2015 with the lg g 3 beat on mtn my choice 50@R259pm. Today on 14/03/2015 since 6:00pm the number stopped picking up any signal and she is still sitting with no signal eversince.I would like to cancell this contract as Im getting no service from this line.Im scarcely two days with altech and already having issues .this it totally pathetic you can not call yourself a service provider as I have even tried to phone the call centre which are clearly also a waste of time as It is merely impossible to talk to any consultant .Im disgusted in the pathetic service and would rather get this contract cancell and go to mtn itself.
