No Service - Rude and Unhelpful Call Centre Agents

I have been phoning Autopage for about a week long, at least 5 times a day. All I need is ITC codes for my ****** devices. The call centre agents do not comprehend what I need (after explaining multiple times). As soon as they do not understand they just hang up the phone. I have never in my life come across such bad customer service. They have unnecessarily blocked my sim card and even after asking them to unblock it, still no action. When i ask to speak to a supervisor, they simply hang up the phone. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES
